Just to let you know the last 2 aquathlon races infomation.
7th March and 21st March - Bro Ddyfi, Machynlleth
Registration for both races is 8.00 – 8-45am on the morning of the race, with brief at 8.45 – 9.00am and start at 9.00am.

Just to let you know Race 2 of the aquathlon series is in on 31/01/10 in Aberystwyth and registration opens at 9am and closes at 9.45am. Good luck all competing.

Dear All members,

Just to make you aware that the 1st Aquathlon race has been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
Also there will be no turbo session and swim session on the 7th January due to the weather.
I hope you are all keeping warm in this weather.

Anyone coming along for the training day on Sunday? If you are and you have a spare turbo in your garage/shed/cupboard under the stairs etc please bring it along.

Hope to see you there, I have a wicked CD for the turbo session!!!

Apologies I'll be away for the next 2 thursdays, but sessions will be written on the board, plenty of work and not much talking time.

I therefore look forward to it and will think of it as great practice for cramped swimming in next seasons races.
